Sonic Cenotaph never received a public demo or release of any kind.
Shortly after the games flurry of activity during april of 2007, updates seised.

However, a mirror of the game exsits on a website's open directory file listing.
This includes a build of Sonic Ceonotaph, some image files, concept artwork,
and a host of Multimedia Fusion files.
